The National Youth Commission (NaYCOM) was established by an Act of Parliament in 2009 to implement policies, programmes, and projects that empower Sierra Leonean youth to develop their potential and contribute to national development. Over the years, NaYCOM has worked to create opportunities for education, skills training, employment, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement for young people nationwide.
The current Strategic Plan has reached its conclusion, and the Commission is now embarking on a review and redesign process to shape the next five-year roadmap. This is a critical opportunity to ensure that the plan reflects the aspirations, needs, and challenges of young people across Sierra Leone and to align NaYCOM’s work with national development priorities.
Your input will help guide the Consultant leading this process, ensuring that you are at the heart of the Commission’s future direction.
To this end, the Commission kindly request your input through this short online survey.
